All Cookies & More! shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and are carefully packed, in new, clean packing materials. Your order will be prepared and shipped within five days of receipt. We will notify you immediately via e-mail in the event that we expect any difficulty or delay in your order. If you have any questions in advance of submitting your order, e-mail us.

Shipping charges will be added to your order during checkout. Since the houses in particular are fragile, we spare no effort to make sure your order arrives safely and in good condition.

We do ship orders outside the continental United States - just e-mail us for rates and information.

Your satisfaction with the freshness and quality of your shipment is guaranteed. In the event that your order arrives damaged, or you are unhappy with the quality of what you have bought, Cookies & More will replace your orders. (In the event of damaged shipments, we do ask that you retain the original packing box until your replacement arrives.)
